Guess I had a little bit of time on my hands tonight because I sat down and made this jewelry holder. Truth is, I was supposed to make this order for a friend sometime ago and got a wee bit busy. To put pressure on my self, I’m meeting my friend this week so I had to get going. I got this old Italian frame from a girlfriend who picked up at, where else? but a garage sale :). No surprise! I trimmed out some foam core board to fit inside of frame and covered it with vintage sheet music. I used some Ranger distressing ink…vintage photo…my FAV! to add that weathered look.
Lucky to have a stash of chandelier pieces, I was able to add one to the bottom of the frame.
Sizzix 3-D roses were created to add the romantic look to the frame.
Old earrings and buttons embellish the wood spool knobs.
Chorley Cake says

WANT WANT WANT !!!! LOL !!! Oh my goodness – this would be just PERFECT in my bedroom … sigh
I wish I had a friend like you who would make ME such a beautiful piece for my jewellery :0)
