Hi friends!
I finally made it to this page! Woot, woot! It’s been a while. I’ve been a bit caught up in the frenzy of getting projects created for CNC lately but, now that it’s over, I will try and stay more in touch here. As some of you know, I am an art/craft designer at Sizzix. I love my job. I love creating. I love the people I work with. I love the people I have met. I am truly blessed and can’t imagine doing anything other than this. As I tell my daughters, this is where my bus stops and I am grateful. I am so fortunate to work some amazing people in this industry. They inspire me, grow me and stretch me. I have learned a lot from Tim Holtz. (Did I say ALOT?) And so, I will begin here by showcasing his dies with my vision. When creating, I often look for opportunities to transform the die cut into something else. See which ones you can identify.

Debi: Those dies are fabulous! Your interpretation is quite inspiring. I think me pocketbook is shrinking as I am socking away $$ to get those dies. Very clever to create that Uncle Sam die from what I think is a Christmas musician (?). The bells are wonderful. Thank you for taking the time and sharing!

I followed the link from Tim's blog to yours. WOWZA! What fabulous displays you created for the summer show! The Christmas/winter display is INCREDIBLE and the library that you created from the inspiration picture is AMAZING! Your talent is seriously AWESOME! The last couple of yrs, my holiday decorating has been lacking but now you've inspired me to take it up a few notches. THX! 😀

I too, followed the link from Tim's blog and so glad I did – I love your creative use of the dies – more now for my ever lengthening wish list… sigh.

Saw mention of your use of the dies on Tim Holtz's blog. I was inspired to create an Independence Bell. Please ck out mine:
