Today was the last day for me in California before heading back to Phoenix. I am taking a slight detour from my normal blog to bring you a bit of what I did while I was in Orange County. The weather had been beautiful and as usual, I wasted no time in finding a few garage sales to hit. Of course, I intermingled them with appointments so it looked like I took care of business too…lol! My bestie, my youngest daughter and I spent the majority of Friday just hanging out and shopping. We visited three cool stores that I highly recommend if you should be in the Fullerton area. One is called “Share & do good“. This store was amazing! What made it so unique was that it was about fair trade. Every table and display of wares represented some human interest story or a cause that was greater than themselves. All gave back or donated a portion to those communities. Some of the stories were incredibly touching as well as thought provoking. The store was decorated so trendy and the customer service was fantastic.
Scarves, jewelry, baby items, letterpress cards, clothing, mugs and a plethora of other incredible items were sold in the store. This is a definite on my “revisit” list when I’m back in town again. Breathing in this sign…
