The Last One, I Promise!

19 Sep

Well  I apparently did an unplanned “series” on the word “Fall” last week and created a variety of cards using dies and products not only from my own line but from others as well.  So today, I have one last card to show you and I promise to stop! Here is the last of the “fall guys”.  It’s a mix of all the others.  Again I used Licensed Designer Seth Apter‘s Robo Bar die and Turn Arounds Set 2 stamps by Spellbinders, Seth’s  Screen Print and Broken Tile stamps by Impression Obsession, Tim Holtz‘s Distress Inks , Alcohol Inks, and Cracked stamp, Cathe Holden‘s ephemera finds,  Type-Oh Alphabet as  well as my own fall leaf die by Spellbinders .  Would love to know which style was your favorite.

Look back to Monday’s post to see how to create these leaves.  The leaf on the right is just a piece of a leftover leaf. img_0527_2
Using ink and gold, golden paint, I  stamped Turn Around and Screen Print stamps onto an old tag and aged the tag with Vintage Photo distress ink using a blending tool.  I inked up the Cracked stamp and placed it in the corner of my tag.

Now it’s time to do the layering. Place the lined bag down first with the leaves.  Then add the tag.  Die-cut the Robo Bar from card stock and embellish with acrylic paint.  When dry, adhere to tag.

Finish the card by die-cutting the sentiment from watercolored paper and adhering it  to the front of the card.  Embellish with an alcohol-inked metal embellishment.  Not a difficult card.  Just a bit of layering with stamps, ink and paper.

So I finally completed my projects. I can now put these babies away. Oh but wait, leave me a comment about which card is your favorite and I will draw a winner who will get to choose one of these cards to keep. Happy Monday!

XO,

Debi
