The Last of the Wedding and the Beginning of a New Year

2 Jan

In honor of the Rose Parade today, and the fact I love playing with my iPhone camera, I am bringing you several photos of the guys boutonniere from last Wednesday’s wedding. Fern, thistle, straw flowers, heather eucalyptus, seeded eucalyptus and a slice wood comprised this organic blend. All were tied together with jute. My one little tip, use Oasis adhesive! This is one great product for creating wristlets and boutonnieres. It prevents water from coming out of the foliage and keeps the ends moist for a prolonged life. First time using it and I will never go back to using wire and tape.

Happy New Year!
