So today I’m posting a quick Valentine’s card I made using the same stencil by StencilGirl that I showcased here last week. Although a lot of artists use stencils for their mixed media work, they are good for anything your imagination can dream up. I have been wanting to work this particular stencil, X Rows by StencilGirl, into a Valentine card for weeks. I finally got some free time this weekend and headed straight to my creative space. This card is really easy to make. I used watercolors, the stencil and red ink, a red striped straw, white signo pen, a sentiment (I wrote mine), ribbon, Coffee Ring and Drip Drop die sets by Seth Apter for Spellbinders. Just a little bit of this and a touch of that and this is what I created.
