Well this Arizona heat is definitely putting a damper on the number of treasure hunts out there but I was still able to hit up some estate sales and Goodwill stores this past weekend. Saturday was half price day at GW and I drove to a new city to go to an estate sale. It was all good. Here are my goodies…

This was a whole dollar at Goodwill! LOVE.
I wanted only the cherries but was told the birds come with it as a set. For $1.25, who could say “no”? :).

This last one I bought for the idea. It is old and was made in Japan. I love the hand-sewn books and the cute little drawer below.
So that is my long and short of it. I had a blast as usual.

Rummage sales are one of my most favorite things. Alas, I have been unable to go to many this summer. Instead, I have gotten into card making, both activities of which my husband approves! Thank goodness!
