A Halloween Quickie

11 Oct

Just a quick post to show you what I’ve been up to.  Actually, I’ve been up to A LOT these days but that will have to wait.  Fun stuff ahead that’s for sure.  I’ve been meaning to show some Halloween projects I have been working on but for today I thought I would start off with this card. I so love the colors of fall and Halloween. Well, I love colors no matter the season. Really thinking of sending this to my grandson…because “boo-hoo” I’ve been missing him like crazy!  All of the products I used for this card are at the bottom of this post.

Super easy card to make. I created the background for the card using a blending tool and distress ink on white card stock. I then misted it lightly with water. I added stars with a white Signo pen. I die-cut all the other pieces in various papers and layered and adhered them to the mat base with foam dots. I stamped, cut-out and adhered the sentiment. A couple of silver pipe cleaners were added for pop.  :).

What do you think? Stay tuned for more…

XO,

Debi

I have sent a card every month to my two Grandgirlies (ages 6 & 7) since before they were born. I’m in Tucson each winter and they’re in Colorado. Your Boo card is Darling!
