Well summer is finally here and in case you’re looking for something to do and you live in the Southern California area, I would love for you to join me for another card making class at Stamp Fever in Orange. In July, I will be teaching three cards featuring several fun techniques using the Hero Arts Dahlia stamp and die set. Learning different ways to use the large stencil as an embossing element will be addressed. Of course the highlight of the class is the pop up card, created and designed after a vintage pop up card purchased from an estate sale. (Bottom right).
We will be making a wet embossed background using the Bold Graphic Confetti die.
How about making a dry embossed background and a filigree border using the same die? It definitely shows the versatility of the die.
This layered pop-up card incorporates several dies that coordinate with the dahlia stamp. I love how that works!
So what do you think? Time to save some time for you. I would love to meet you. Check out the Stamp Fever website for date, time and place!
XO,
Debi Adams
