My Monthly Hero Kit Countdown for May 2022

30 Apr

Oh hey friends! I know it’s been awhile (had a bit of a vacation last month), but I’m back and I’m bringing with me a sneak peek of the NEW My Monthly Hero Kit for May 2022 by Hero Arts. What a delightful kit, sure to please the cook in all of us, some of us OR perhaps, more like, someone we know. ( I hardly cook, lol.). Really, this set with all its varied sentiments can be worked way beyond the kitchen. (You will want to see my post on Monday. :))

Anyway, here is a sneak peek of SOME of the designs in this kit. Make sure to head on over to the Hero Arts Blog where there is an ongoing list of designers (for 3 days) creating incredible cards featuring this Countdown release that will be revealed on MONDAY, May 2nd. Make sure to leave a comment here to be entered to win this fabulous kit before anyone else.

A little hint here…the apron is not in the kit, at least not this way. 😉 I had so much fun custom-making the muffins and pies. Bet you can come up with a lot more ideas than these! And that little toaster, I am in love. Cute design!

They all work so well together. I used Dove White and Pitch Black Cardstock, Copic Markers, and my Uni-Ball White Pen to embellish these die-cut only images. The sentiment was stamped with Intense Black Ink. Such a simple card but filled with lots of good wishes.

And there you have it! I know it’s not much because there is definitely MORE but come back MONDAY where I will give the full reveal! May your kitchen runneth over with food and inspiration!

Thanks for popping in today!

XO,

That looks great! I think the shapes were all die cut and colored? Stamped? Very good look with the black background!

Debi the black background is perfect to cause all of the kitchen items to just pop! Is there anything they’ve missed in this kit? Don’t think so.

OOOOH look at all of that darling food. Makes me hungry just looking at it. I believe the Toast is my favorite! I”m thinking a get well card with some tea and toast. That’s what I was given as a little girl when I was sick.
